Alongside everyday care, our aftercare service lets you nurture the character of the wood and keep the piece in use for a long time.

How aftercare works

1. Apply from this page
2. Send the piece to the address below
3. We inspect its condition, then resurface it and repair any damage
4. Some repairs may require cutting or reshaping. In that case we will contact you by email or telephone beforehand and proceed only with your agreement
5. Once the work is complete, we return the piece to the address registered with your order

Cases not covered by aftercare

Aftercare may not be available in the following cases.

・Where the damage is severe and judged difficult to repair
・Where the piece was not sold by KINARI

Maintenance of Sakura Coaster

Sakura Coaster maintenance is accepted from two pieces upward.
