• In the case of a clear defect, damage from inadequate packaging, or an incorrect item delivered, we accept a return, exchange or repair within 5 days of the delivery date.
• In such cases we cover the shipping for the return and the reshipment.
• Where the same item is not in stock, or remaking it is not feasible, we will issue a refund instead.

Convenience store payment uses KOMOJU, a payment agency service with security to international standards. You pay at the counter of the convenience store using the payment number issued with the transaction.
*A payment fee of ¥190 (incl. tax) is payable by the customer.

Please pay within 7 days of the day after your order, at whichever convenience store you selected on the payment screen.

Payment is possible at the convenience stores below. Click the name of each store for details of how to pay.

7-Eleven／Lawson／FamilyMart／Daily Yamazaki／Ministop

• Please note that convenience store payment at 7-Eleven cannot be used for payments of ¥300,000 or more.
• Convenience store payments are, we regret, prepayment only.
• The payment deadline is 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the order is cancelled automatically once the deadline passes.

• We cannot accept a return or exchange in the following cases.
1. Where you contact us more than 4 days after the item arrived
2. Where the item has been used and scratched or soiled in your possession
3. Where the reason is personal preference, such as the item not matching your expectations or the wrong quantity being ordered
4. Where, for an item made of wood, the matter concerns the characteristics of wood, such as the presence of knots, uneven coloring or differences in grain
